When we arrived after walking 20 minutes in the freezing cold we found the restaurant was booked with a private engagement party and we could not eat there, despite having a CONFIRMED reservation. It's the second time we've tried to eat there with the same situation, booked for a private event. We didn't reserve the first time so I didn't think anything of it, but it's the reason I reserved it for last night. I will not be trying to eat there again.
